Pareto Securities is currently seeking individuals who are passionate about finance and capital markets and who possess a strong drive and enthusiasm for the industry.

As a full-time Intern with our Investment Banking Team, you will have a dynamic working day that includes analysing companies, industries, and markets, preparing pitches and investor materials on various projects, as well as coordinating work streams across divisions. In this role, you will work closely with the Investment Banking team, focusing on the preparation of deal materials and presentations, supporting transaction processes, and contributing to the execution of equity and M&A transactions. The internship is a full-time position starting in August 2026 and lasting for approximately four months.

Key responsibilities:

• Processes and analyse company and sector data

• Coordinate and align work-streams across teams

• Preparation of presentations and pitches

• Perform various deal execution tasks related to ongoing projects and live transactions

Qualifications:

• Strong interest and knowledge of the Nordic financial markets

• Excellent academic results in relevant studies

• Structured and detail-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Ambitious, hardworking, and team-oriented

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Swedish
