Our fixed income sales desk consists of ~50 sales professionals across offices in London, Frankfurt, Zürich, New York, Singapore, and the Nordics. Pareto Securities is the market leader in the Nordic high yield market and has been instrumental in developing and expanding the market since the early 2000s from a small Nordic market to an established global market. In 2024, Pareto Securities advised on more than 100 high yield transactions worth in excess of EUR 11 billion. We aim to provide companies with the most competitive financing solutions and investors with proprietary investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a minimum of two years’ experience from working in Fixed Income Sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is self-driven, a self-starter, and motivated by achieving sales goals. This position requires a strong work ethic, analytical skills, and a genuine interest in financial markets. A Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong academic performance is essential.
