When applying for a position through the recruitment system, you agree that we process the personal information you provide us with, as well as information we obtain from third parties in the recruitment process.
We will share your personal data with those of our employees who are involved in recruitment and third parties who assist us in the recruitment process, including recruitment companies and providers of personality tests.
We will keep the personal data until the recruitment process is completed. If you are employed by us, we will retain the information as part of your personal file. If you are not employed by us, we will retain the information as long as we consider your application relevant for us, but under no circumstances more than 18 months without your written consent.
By submitting your personal data to us, you acknowledge that:

- Your personal data may be transferred and processed by employees of Pareto Securities involved in recruitment processes and third parties that assist us in such recruitment.
- You are not required to provide any requested information to us, but failing to do so may result in us not being able to continue your candidacy for the job for which you have applied.
- All of your representations are true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief, and you have not knowingly omitted any related information of an adverse nature. Providing any inaccurate information may make you ineligible for employment.
